I emailed their support team twice and never heard anything back. I kept thinking maybe they’d reply eventually, but nothing. i regret wasting my time waiting for a response

I was going to order, but the site just felt a little off to me. Some stuff wasn’t clear, and I couldn’t find enough recent reviews to feel good about it. Maybe it’s fine, but I didn’t want to put in my payment info.

I checked for the item I needed and, of course, it was out of stock. Maybe it was just bad timing, but it kind of gave me the impression they never have the popular stuff available. I didn’t feel like waiting around, so I ended up ordering from another place instead.

I assumed it would be easy to use on mobile, but the pages felt kind of cluttered right away. Checkout was more annoying than I expected too. Maybe it works better on a computer, but on my phone it was frustrating.

I get that they want real reviews only, but the whole process felt a bit frustrating. I just wanted to share my own experience, and it seemed like there were too many steps to get there. It could definitely be simpler.

I thought it was way too expensive for what you get. It just didn’t feel worth it to me.

My order finally showed up, but it was way later than expected!!! the wait was really frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again!!!
